Chaîne de l’Espoir Belgium has its own Code of Ethics. Its objective is to underline the fundamental principles of ethical behavior and the standards of conduct that should guide its members in their thinking, decisions and actions, in the face of the many situations they are likely to face.
The Code of Ethics is in line with the vision, mission and values of Chaîne de l’Espoir Belgium.
The Code of Ethics provides a framework of principles based on values and puts forward the standards required for all employees, ie volunteers (including members of the Board of Directors and members of the General Assembly), employees and interns working for/or representing the organization, partners from the North and the South, external stakeholders (consultants, etc.).
All are required to accept it and to adhere to it.
You can lodge a complaint by writing to ethics@chaine-espoir.be.
The emails received will be treated confidentially by a consultant external to the organization.
If you would like more information on our reporting and complaints handling policy, you can also contact Anita Clément de Cléty, Director of the Chaîne de l’Espoir Belgium: anita.clement@chaine-espoir.be.
