Kessia, 2 years and Neema, 3, 5 years, two little girls from Rwanda are back home after a stay in Belgium where they have been operated on of a heart disease that could not be treated at home.

Each tome, it is a different story, a different family whose life is dramatically impacted, lots of emotions and positive memories for all the parties involved in this long chain of solidarity: foster families in Belgium, medical teams, volunteers and donors who make it possible for these children to come to Belgium and be cured.
