Jean-Paul, a 12 years’ old boy from DRCongo  who was operated on  from a serious heart-disease has flown back home, with a new heart! thanks to the different Chain of Hope has he been able to travel, with the company of a volunteer from Aviation sans Frontières Belgique, to be operated and taken care of in a Belgian hospital and to stay for a few weeks with a Belgian foster family who opened their home and hearts for him. This story, like the one of many other children, has been possible thanks to the generosity of our donors.
